Include support for RAR5 format

It would be nice to include support for the new RAR5 format introduced with WinRar 5.

WinRAR is preparing a new archive format (RAR5). It would be nice to have it supported in TC.

RAR5 is currently only in Beta Status and not used by anyone for public file distribution.
Also the new format does not offer anything exiting.
So TC can wait to support it.
