cm_SwitchCopyAllTimes
It may be useful to have command cm_SwitchCopyAllTimes that enables/disables option CopyAllTimes because it isn't needed always but may be good sometimes.

And furthermore, it would be nice to have a switch for the option CopyAllTimes directly in the copy dialog. I suppose, that actually nobody (or very few users) will use the same mode all the time. Rather one will need CopyAllTimes enabled for one copy operation and disabled for the next, depending of the case. Thus the current solution with the key in wincmd.ini should be used to set the default mode, but we need an additional and more convenient switch.

oshizelly's suggestion could be more convenient for a user, at least in certain circumstances, but it needs much more coding from TC author. So your suggestion might be a good compromise.
Surely! That's why I support your suggestion too.everyone would enable/disable this mode when needed w/o restarting TC.
