Forum bug - restore password

I do not remember my user name/password, and I can't restore the password by email - because "your username doesn't match the email"... and I can't reregister with same email... so I can't write anything... Thats make me do one more step - registering new email and re-registering in this forum...
So, Is it possible to restore password by sending email if I know only email?
