Error Message When Creating ftp Connection

Good Afternoon

I am trying to set up ftp connection but I get error message below

Error: Cannot write C:\Program Files\totalcmd\wcx_ftp.ini!
Please remove write protection

Please can someone advise how I am able to do this

you probably have windows 7+ and you do not have sufficient rights for the program files folder. (which is standard i believe)

Depending on your installation you can solve this by:
1. Install TC in a different folder (eg C:\APPS\totalcmd\)
2. Relocate the ini files to another location (inireloc program: https://plugins.ghisler.com/addons/inireloc.zip)
3. start TC as administrator and add the entries
