Alright this is a problem that has always been in Total Commander and i wish that it would be fixed it. Instead of having the whole program hang while waiting for a drive to be ready just lock the one window that's waiting for it so that the user is till able to work in the other window until the drive is ready. I imagine it's as simple as giving it its own thread?
Thanx
Mike

Support++ too.
This is one of the major annoyances when having a network drive on one panel and that drive is busy (e.g. copying something to local using BTM). The other panel with multiple (local) tabs should just be usable for further work. And by preference the panel with the 'hanging' drive too, by just switching to another (local) tab.
