cant confirm works fine here. so not a bug

It could be
- deleting with VistaDelete=0 option
- TC started in XP compatibility mode
- a virus scanner
- deleting to recycle bin in synchronize dirs with many subdirs

Yes, confirmed, it had activated VistaDelete=0, I suppose that this was the reason.

This happened in a PC with Windows 7 (without virus)
