Display files in folder with their sequential number

Any chance to sort files e.g. to get 41 before 4000?
I have some files e.g.:
254-3601Sh1_r3.pdf
254-4000Sh1_r3.pdf
254-41Sh1_r15.pdf
So you see that sheet 41 comes after sheet 4000, which is OK from the computer point of view, but not from human.
I understand that if the zeros were there it would be in normal order, but what if they're not there and if I can't change/rename them? ...simply, these are not my files, but company's.
I don't know if this was already discussed in another thread. I tried to find it, but am not sure what key word to use for this kind of a search/topic.
