Basically this consist of 2 requests in one
1. keep the copy window but allow it to go the back as is and not just a simplified version of it.
Another idea might be to have it as a toolbar option which could become a pop-up on problems eg duplicate files.
2. possibility to queue copy/move operations instead of running them simultaneously. It's a feature I found quite useful in Teracopy but it's lack of zip support made me go back with the default use and Teracopy on the side.

Well the background transfer manager should be the default way then I guess. HDD's have trouble enough copying/moving one file at a time having each copy operation running at the same time as the default basically is makes copying insanely slow and I doubt most users use 4 drives at once
