highlight line in "Compare Content" search

It's very hard to spot a search result with the current green underline during search. It would be very handy however to highlight the entire line that contains the search result(s).

Its easy to identify here.
You can define the colours in the configuration.

He means underlining of search result which is currently green. I didn't find any way to set this color, do you know any?

Unfortunately the underline color cannot currently be changed. I will add it to my wish list.
