Search multiple phrases in search in text.

Is it possible to search for multiple phrases in search in text ?

I have about 260 text phrases which i would like to check for existence in multiple log files. (39 to be exact) The log files are all about 1 GB.

Currently, I have selected 39 files of 1 GB each and am now searching for example ( 127.0.0.1) text phrase within the 39 files. Is it possible to enter multiple ip adresses or other text values ?
