I just upgraded TC to 8.51a final, during the installation, I double checked configuration path,but I did not change anything.
After I launched the new version, supprisingly I found my customized toolbar was overwrited to default one, and all ftp account/passwd gone!
I am using Win7 64bit version, and installed TC 8.51a 32+64 bits version.

I bet you don't understand the default behaviour of nowadays OS? (google for "Windows 7 UAC")
1. In which folder do you have installed? (C:\ProgramFiles ?)
2. do you happen to know where your previous wincmd.ini and wcx_ftp.ini where stored?
If not, search your HDD for this words.
I bet they are still waiting somewhere for you.
Take a look under menu "Help > About TC..." where they are located now. (i guess that are fresh ones now)
All settings, except for the toolbar itself (*,bar file like DEFAULT.BAR), are stored in those files.
If you find them and configure TC and windows a bit you can get your settings back.
