a number of remembered searches

does it exist any place (in wincmd.ini) for determine max number of remembered/stored searches?
(searches here: http://i.imgur.com/RQDaT6g.png)

(if doesn't - what is the max optional number?)

You can set your desired number via MaxItemsInComboBox under Configuration section.

Note that, setting MaxItemsInComboBox will affect many places not only searches history

And MaxItemsInComboBox can maximum be set to 500.

Help file of course.

You can use Configuration Editor, it is contain detail for all TC settings and enable you to set any of them whether they are exist in Wincmd.ini or not.
