I use WinRar 5.20 (license version) and TC 8.51a 32/64 bit
default compression profile for WinRar - "add and update files"
When I try to update archive when no update needed (files are the same),
I get TC error message "Error packing files" http://ge.tt/75ab8Q82/v/0?c
even if there is one file need to be added or updated - everything works fine. If I choose default compression profile for WinRar - "add and replace files" - working fine too, but waste my time.

It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

TC shows this error when WinRAR returns an error code. Apparently WinRAR does this when nothing had to be done...

Ok. Thank you for the answer.
It seems that in my case Winrar return error code 10 -
"No files matching the specified mask and options were found."
(I have tested with simple cmd file)
Could you please write corresponding error message for all errors returning by Winrar instead of "Error packing files"
