Floating / detachable tabs

Hi,
first of all, thanks for this excellent software.

I'd like to be able to detach tabs from the main window and having them floating around. Something similar to what you can do in modern browsers, where you can drag tabs from a window to another, creating new tab groups. This would be very handy with multiple monitors.

Each floating tab group should not present the full container UI, but only a bare form around them (otherwise it would be pretty much the same as launching multiple TC instances). Something like a tool window.

Each floating tab group should have two checkboxes/checkbuttons, to activate 'shown in the taskbar' and 'always on top'.
