This depends on the currently active locale and keyboard settings for your Windows virtual machine.

Since the time of TC's original name WC, I am of habit to run TC with shortcut key i.e. 'shift+alt+w'. On my Windows virtual machine, I am using the same keyboard shortcut.
If I double click on the shortcut (Icon) and run TC then it is typing in English font. But if I run TC using shift+alt+w, it is typing in Arabic.
There is no setting for keyboard selection in the Virtual Box. In the Windows XP the keyboard selected is "Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard".

OK I found the solution :)
In control Panel>Regional and Language Option> Language>Details
there were two fond installed by default which were Arabic & Urdu.
I have now deleted these two language.
But the real cause of the problem was in -
Control Panel>Regional and Language Option> Language>Details>Key Settings>Action>Switch between input language> - The key sequence to switch between language was set to Left Alt+Shift by default. I have removed this key sequence.
Now the problem is solved. Thanx.
