hi,
i need some help with the following situation:
i have hundreds of files in the source folder and some hundreds of files in the target folder, i want to select all the files with the same file names in both folders, how can i do it ?
for now, i'm getting this done is the following method (which i dont believe that this is the only one):
i select all the files in the source folder, then mark->save selection to file.
then i go to target folder and mark->load selection from file.
all the files that are the same from the source, are now marked.
then i save that selection to a file again (keeping the selection in the
target window), remove all selection from the source and then load the selection from the file.
note: there is a bug, that sometimes when i load the selection from file, i dont get the last file marked
Select same files on source and target windows

You can use Mark > Compare Directories (Shift+F2) to mark different files and after that, invert the selection with Mark > Invert selection (Num*). However, due to how the comparison feature works, you may not get all files selected existing on both sides (the ones that are different only in size and/or date).
It might be better to work with the Synchronize tool and hide files that are on one side only.
