how to disable questions when copying or moving

when i am copying large amount of data there is always the questions that pop up asking me if i want to keep files that have long file names or are inside of to many directory.
until that question pop i can not leave the copy overnight!
ho can i disable this feature & make it copy anything no mater what, like , just copy & don't bother me.

thank you, but where do i change that

i did find the wincmd.ini file.
there was no line with the LongNameCopy=0 setting, so i just added LongNameCopy=1
is it alright
