How can I rename a pdf file while preview it?

I use Sumatra http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=27145 to preview pdf files. It works well.
However, It is not allowed to rename pdf files while preview it with this plugin.
Is there any way to do this? Maybe with any other plugin.

If its in use, you can't rename it.
The app who has open it, has it exclusive in use. That's normal behavior.
Perhaps you can copy it with a new name.

I read from text editors that there is a way to open a file non-exclusive,
but I don't know if there are PDF readers who would do such.
