[8.52] some hot-key dosen't work in windows 10 x64

some hot-key dose'nt work in windows 10 x64
I set a hotkey such as Ctrl+2 to cm_CopyNamesToClip
when I press the keys the first time ,it works fine ,but when I use the hot-key again to copy another filename to clip ,it does nothing ,the data on clipboard is not changed.

I cannot confirm this with neither 32bit nor 64bit version of TC 8.52 under Windows 10 64bit.

Sorry，I Made a mistake , there is a conflict on this shotcut between my input method and TC. It is not a bug.
