Sync Dirs: Create dir instead of file with the same name

Hi.

For Total Commander's Sync. Dirs tool, may also be applied for regular Copy/Move:
when synchronizing, ask user to replace target file with same-name dir (with "do it for all" option).
Use-case: chkdsk, when fixing errors on drive, may replace bad directory with same-named file.
So suggested prompt from TC, especially if "do it for all" included, will help recovering from backup.

Sorry for being absent here quite a long time.
In next few days I'll post bug reports and suggestions for TC and plugins
that I collected. There's a long list of them, so I'm sorry for possible duplicates.
