How can I add support for .TGA thumnails?

how can I add support for file types like .tga and .psd in thumbnail images?

Install IrfanView - http://www.irfanview.net/
Enable it on: Configuration - Options - Edit/View - Configure internal viewer - Use Irfanview/XnView to load graphics other than BMP (check and fill "Path" field - path to i_view32.exe) OK - OK.

2. Install lister plugin, ex.:
