Goodday
Whilst other extensions, like avi. flv, mov, wmv do show in thumbnails, mp4 files do not.
In the configuration i have:
X Get from Lister plugins for: *.*
X Use Explorer method (OLE2) for: *.*
X Plain text file thumbnails for: *.txt *.ini *.css *.js *.doc
Can somebody, please explain the correct configuration for mp4
thumbnails??

Thumbnails for MP4 dont show

- Does Explorer show thumbnails for mp4 files?
As TC (or any lister i know about) does not create thumbnails for multimedia video files, my guess is that an Explorer Shell Extension of type IThumbnailProvider does the job to provide TC via "X Use Explorer method (OLE2) for: *.* " with this thumbnails.
Maybe this Explorer Shell Extension does not support mp4 or is not configured via registry "HKCR\.mp4" to extract thumbnails for mp4 files.
