I recently run into this problem when synchronizing files. The file being copied gets the current date/time after the copy is complete. This means that when a file was copied from right to left, after the sync TC suggests to copy the same file again but now from left to right. It only seems to happen with some files, like .exe and .js, and not to others like .iso
I haven't found a recent change in the wincmd.ini file. I am copying between two local (external) harddisk of ntfs type.
What could be a cause???[/u]
Synchronize modifies file date

Most likely your anti-virus software.jphendriks wrote:What could be a cause???
BTW: This has been discussed already in the past, so you may find some older threads about it.
