Don't copy empty folders when copying files of certain type

Post by *ihatetoregister »

When using the feature to only copy files of a certain type I would like TC to skip folders that don't contain any of these files. I use this feature to only copy a few file types in a huge folder structure and just don't want lots of empty folder in the copied structure. Please add this as an option when copying.

I currently use TC 8.50 on Windows XP and haven't found this feature to exist yet. Please forgive me if it does.

Copying folder structure is a nice feature. :)

If you use simple wildcard masks and do not use TC search templates in filter, you can try copying via my CopyTree plugin, it allows skipping creation of directories w/o files when you copy only files of specific types.
