The suggestions page on the wiki wasn't a really good way to see all suggestions at once. There were so many subpages and weird categorization that I decided to do an overhaul.
All suggestions are now linked directly on the suggestions page. The categories have been changed to just sections. The categories itself should be really better now. However the suggestions itself are still placed on a separate page. If there were more than one on one page I split them as good as possible.
I have also added a so called implementation status for each suggestion. It should be possible to see at one glance if a feature has already been added. It's explained in more detail on the top of the page. It uses the template feature of mediawiki so the tags used for the status can be changed without the need to edit each template instance.
There is still some work left but I hope it's a good starting point to add good suggestions in a better way.

Thank you for the time and conceptual effort you put into this. Perhaps, the new organization will inspire more ideas, more useful ideas and a smoother upgrade path.
