New option for existing files for moving or copying

For reorganizing files stored on different locations, I would like to have the following option for copying/moving files:

Skip when totally identical and rename target file otherwise.

That would mean that if a totally identical file (name and hash or byte-by-byte comparision) already exists, the file should be skipped, if not, the target file should be autorenamed as the already existing options do.
