Mark (select) specific number/size files

Does TC have this kind of mark (select) function?

In one direction, there are thousands of files.

- how can I mark (select) the first specific number files, e.g., mark the first 123 files?

- how can I mark (select) specific size files? For example, from 1 file to 123 file, the total size will be almost equal to 650M, but no more than 650M.
