Increase the size of the character marker?

I just got a 4K monitor, and with the increased resolution, I'm having trouble seeing the marker when renamning a file (the small blinking line that marks where in the text I am with the cursor).

Are there any way to increase the size of this marker?

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the computer easier to see -> Set the thickness of the blinking cursor
