Icons not displaying for .EXE programs

I have a list of .EXE applications built in Ruby, but the proper icons are not showed. Instead, the typical white windows are displayed.

I've aleady tried changing some settings on the bar height but with no results.

Any ideas?

Does Explorer show icons for these executables?

Yes, it does. I've just found out that when I copy the files to local drive, the icons show up. The problem is when I work on a network environment...

Do you see icons for any other executables in network folders? You can try enabling icons for network locations in Configuration - Icons.
