Strange beahvior for FTP transfer

I'm having a weird issue and I don't know what could be.
Every FTP transfer I make stays at around 500 kbytes/s

- I don't have traffic shaping on the network
- Using another FTP clients doesn't show this behavior
- Tried using the new 8.52 version and the problem is the same
- I can transfer up to 10000 kbytes/s with other means

I really don't know what could be setting this artificial bandwidth limit but it's getting me crazy.

And TC is like my home, I feel lost with this...

Yes that's it but I don't understand why and when in started to happen. Is quite recent. And I didn't update in a while. Quite strange.

Well, when it started quite recently, then you should try with disabled Internet Security or Firewall.
