Re: File icons missing
Are they missing in the Windows explorer (File explorer), too?
If the file icons are also missing in the Windows explorer, you unfortunately have a problem that is not related with TC. If so -- which i would (blind)guess is the case -- the culprit might be program you used to open/edit these files with (some web editor/development tool, i guess). Check whether that program has somewhere an option to register/unregister those file types and try to unregister and register the file types again. (Read manual of that program or visit the programs web site and forum to get more information and help.) Perhaps it could also be the case that you just uninstalled the program which provided the icons for these file types. There could be a number of other issues, system issues like the Windows icon cache being corrupted, or simple PEBCAKs like accidentally using another/new user account that does not have those icons associations. Anyway, this would be more of a general issue with your Windows box and this forum would not be the right place trying to solve problems not related to TC...
However, if this problem only appears in the TC list window but not in the Windows explorer, then please show screenshots of what the icons look like in Windows explorer and what they look like in TC, so we can hopefully figure out what is going on...

Yeah, new users cannot post links. It is a measure to deter spammers.MESSIAH wrote:I can't share screen shot. I see error - User 1 day with 1 post can't share links
Icons issue is from TC - Windows Explorer displays correctly all icons. This same with file .bat
However, you can 'cripple' the link to your screenshot. So, for example instead of writing
Code: Select all
imgur.com/myscreenshot
Code: Select all
imgur com / myscreenshot
People here are then usually smart enough to figure out the correct link
