Need to find photos taken around lunchtime

I have a zillion photos and need to find a fraction of these taken around lunchtime, irrespective of the date, size, etc. (File create date, no exif peeping.)
I am using TC 7.57, and was not able to find such a search option.
Am I missing something?
If not, does this option exist in later builds?
If not, are there any plans to implement it?

Pretty easy:

At search dialog click on "Plugins" tab
- Choose "tc creation time > 11:00"
- Click on "more rules"
- Choose "tc creation time < 13:00"
- Verify that "combine match" is set to "AND (all match)"
Click on "Start search"
