TC9b4 Everything Search Engine doesn't start automatically

Post by *p.eter »

Hi,

I've read in History.txt for TC9b4

"28.06.16 Added: wincmd.ini [Configuration] Everything=Everything.exe set location of everything to run when it's not running, and TC checks "Everything" checkbox (32/64)"

I've added to my wincmd.ini under [Configuration]
"Everything=COMMANDER_PATH%\Tools\Everything\Everything.exe -startup"

But that is apparently wrong? because Everything doesn't start, if i select in Search(ALT+F7) search with 'Everything'. There is only the Message:
"Everything isn't installed! Do you want to download it now?"

Everything is installed portable in the TC Directory.

What did i do wrong? or is it a Bug?

Please check your definition:
Everything=%COMMANDER_PATH%\Tools\Everything\Everything.exe -startup
... without quotes! ... works for me.
Gruß,
Karl

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
