CopyData not working in Win10 Redstone

I use SendCopyData to change dir in tc 9.0B from other application.
f.e.

win.sendcopydata(w,17475,esc("0r",0)++"C:\\temp")

It work generally.
But after i have upgraded to Win10 Redstone it not work anymore.

How i can to solve it?

Maybe you have TC started as administrator and try to send a message to it from non-elevated program? This will not work because non-elevated programs can't communicate with elevated ones in Windows.

Not, i launched the command also from a dos box started as administrator.
