Back up Start Menu items

What file(s) is/are there that contain the info that make up the Total Commander Start Menu?

I know I can just copy over the entire install folder, but is there another way to more effectively achieve the result?

By default it's [user] section of main configuration file (WINCMD.INI)
You can redirect section to other file, eg.:

[user]
RedirectSection=START.INI
