Folder Colours Question?

I've just noticed that the folder colours are different for certain folders (see image)

Has this always been like that or is it new with v9.0B12?

Also the icons for hidden system files seem to not be as bright as previously?

Well, the directories you see there ARE hidden and/or system in attributes. This was new to beta11 (IIRC), at least that it's enabled by default.

Hmm yes I can see that now - is there a way to show them like they used to?

Options > Icons > Dimmed hidden files.
