Two copies of TC on different computers

Post by *thims »

For instance, I installed TC on two computers: desktop and laptop. I want to maintain the same settings for both with several exclusions like window size/position, favorite folder shortcuts and maybe some others. So, what's the best way to achieve the desired result? I have OneDrive, so I can place some .ini file there. But how to force TC to store some settings locally and some settings to the specified location?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

If the two computers are at the same location, it would be better to store the .ini on a local network share or NAS etc., because downloading it from OneDrive and other remote servers can have a higher latency = slow start of TC (and similar apps).
