Solved [TC9] Missing icon references in wcmicons.inc

There are som new commands that are missing references in wcmicons.inc:
517=47
545=47
583=14
2931=28
2932=28
2933=27
2934=27
2935=27
2939=34
2940=34

And in lack of better maybe also:
133=52
233=52
333=52

Here are some other suggestions for old commands:
581=28
583=14
620=55
630=55

I made an error. 545=47 was already in the file, so now it is there twice.

And i forgot to suggest these two:
2941=22
2942=22

This is not excactly a wcmicons.inc issue, but I think the fixed item "Change Main Menu..." under "Start" should be assigned icon no. 34

I prefer not to do that, it clutters the main menu with the same icon for different menu entries. That's why I would also prefer to show the "?" icon only for the main help menu entry...

The sftp icon (in sftpplug plugin) is still the old one, could you change to the new style please?
