Too long vertical bar: wrong command in drop-down menu

1. Display vertical button bar if hidden.
2. Decrease TC window height so that the vertical bar did not fit and displayed the "down arrow" button. Click this button.
3. In the drop-down menu, right-click any command.
4. The last command of the context menu is "Button Bar..." (not "Vertical Button Bar"!) which opens the dialog for editing the main button bar instead of the vertical one.
