Index numbers for View modes

16.10.16 Fixed: cm_LeftViewModeList, cm_RightViewModeList and
cm_SrcViewModeList now accept a view mode number>0 or view mode name as parameter in button bar, starter menu, or internal command (32/64)

After this addition it could be nice if the index numbers were applied to the view modes in the configuration dialog and maybe also in the menu - just like the cusom columns have their index numbers shown.
