Wrong drawing of hovered button

Drawing of hovered button on button bar changed in RC2 with "XP style" disabled:

1) Button frame is now moved down by one pixel, compared to RC1. One pixel may not be big difference, but with tight fitted button bars (e.g. size 32 with 32px icons, or size 18 with 16px icons), the frame is painted over icon's topmost line.

2) When the button has subbar shown as menu, dropdown arrow indicator moves down and its top border is weirdly doubled.

Windows 7, Classic theme, both 32-bit and 64-bit TC versions.

1) This is a bug introduced when I tried to fix the overdrawn pressed button. I will fix it.

2) This also happens in TC 8.52a (duplicate lower right frame). I will keep that as in 8.52a to indicate both active and pressed button.
