recommended usb 3.0 many small file copy settings?

I use tc a lot in order to synchronize some local disk folders (consisting of many small files mainly) to a usb flash drive's folders, in order to keep a current backup of them,

my usb flash drive is 3.0,

so, I would like to ask,
what are the recommended copy settings for such a task?

Since you've enabled compatibility mode for USB sticks, these expert settings don't affect USB drives at all.

so, I have to disable compatibility for usb sticks,
but what about the copy settings?

what do you think of them?
