[TC9.0RC1] some files were not removed after uninstall

These 4 files were not removed after TC uninstall:

EVERYTHING32.DLL
EVERYTHING64.DLL
VERTICAL.BAR
WCMICON2.DLL

The RC2 folder has been removed completely here after uninstall.
