compare content - only diffs - recompare broken

Hi,

When comparing two different files with "Show only differences with extra lines" selected, the differences are shown correctly. If one of the compared files changes while the compare content window is still open, and the dialog "Compare contents - File(s) modified, recompare?" pops up and is acknowledge with "Yes", the compare window panes get empty or show only 1 line of the left file. Deselecting and selecting the checkbox "Show only differences with extra lines" produces a correct result again.

I just tested - It goes all the way back to TC9b1 !

Indeed I have to disable "Show only selected" in this case, just like when user clicks on "Compare" button himself. I also found another location where this happens: When the user changes the file encoding, e.g. from ANSI to UTF-8.
