I set up filter http://rgho.st/8cLzzQLKy and from Everything UI it is working fine. http://rgho.st/7kwm6DnrM
But from TC Find Files Dialog it isn't working... http://rgho.st/7cWq5JRtz
What am I missing?
TC 9.0 RC4 x86/x64, Everything 1.4.1.793b (x64)
Does TC 9.0 RC4 support new Everything feature?

It's impossible to lead us astray for we don't care even to choose the way.

Filters are not exposed over the Everything API
So you can't use them in a TC search directly.
For simple filters you can define the search criteria like in the filter definition and use this full string as search.
You can of course store this in a named TC search.
My TC search definition for archives as example:
ev:ext:7z;ace;arj;bz2;cab;gz;gzip;r00;r01;r02;r03;r04;r05;r06;r07;r08;r09;r10;r11;r12;r13;r14;r15;r16;r17;r18;r19;r20;r21;r22;r23;r24;r25;r26;r27;r28;r29;rar;tar;tgz;z;zip;jar;zpaq
