FDC-TC 'general' system tweaker: English version here.

FDC TC(at totalcmd-dot-net) is an excelent fine tweaker tool, but it's only in russian,
or i am not aware of tweak/setting that would change to english version.
Unfortinatelly non russian readers can not benefit much from it.

I have modified/tweaked some tool so i can use it daily.

Adding attached tools to totalcmd-dot-net would probably benefit some users-it seems i can't get it there.
It's in 7zip and setup - for w32.

Setup is fast-no nags etc, install - run - uninstall, you just specify FDC-TC plugins folder,
russian description backups are maintained.
