Numeric sort in Total Commander from Configuration menus?

I recently did a new installation of TC.

I want "logical" numbering when sorting file names. I manually edited WINCMD.INI to set SORTUPPER=2. I remembered this from a long time ago.

I looked at the CONFIGURATION menus and couldn't see a setting for this. Is there a setting there that I have overlooked?
