Is totalcmd.net legit?

Hi,

I was looking for an AWS S3 plugin for TotalCommander and found:
http://totalcmd.net/plugring/s3.html

But I'm not sure about the domain. Is this a valid domain for Total Commander? or is it some unrelated domain trying to let me download some potentially harmful plugin?

I looked at the list at: http://www.ghisler.com/plugins.htm#filesys but it does not seem to have an AWS S3 plugin listed.
