Help file: Sort a list of settings in alphabetical order

Hi,
I suggest to list all parameters in the page "Settings in the file wincmd.ini - Part 2" of the Help file in the alphabetical order (A-Z):

[Sections](A-Z)
=> [Parameters] (A-Z)

Please note that all "Settings in the file wincmd.ini (Part 1)" ([Configuration] section) in the Help file are listed in the alphabetical order (A-Z).

BTW, For consistency with Part 1 , please change the title "Settings in the file wincmd.ini - Part 2" to "Settings in the file wincmd.ini (Part 2)".

Support with the addition that the part 1 title in Select Topic to Display: should read "Ini file Settings (Part 1)" and the part 2 title in Select Topic to Display: should read "Ini file Settings (Part 2)"
