frequent file changes: Auto-refresh stops after some time

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

frequent file changes: Auto-refresh stops after some time

I noticed already a few times that on a directory with frequent file changes (data is being added to existing files for a long time) that tcmd at a certain moment stops refreshing the file list (tcmd no longer updates the file size).

tcmd 9.20 final

This is a misfeature of newer Windows versions: File notifications for size changes are NOT sent after a few seconds, for example when downloading a big file in the background. This has been discussed before. Windows simply doesn't notify programs.
